a busy few weeks
A couple weeks ago we had the CJCS (Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff) come through our neck of the woods with a few entertainers to boost moral durring Christmas. He brought Robin Williams, Kid Rock, Robin Smith (Mrs. USA), Lewis Black and Lance Armstrong. I had the unique opportunity to be able to drive them around Kuwait to do 3 different shows over 2 days. We picked them up at the airport, drove them to Camp Arifjan, then drove them to their hotel. The next day we drove them to Camp Virginia and Camp LSA (Life Support Area).
The shows were absolutely amazing. Robin Williams and Kid Rock were the best entertainers by far. Driving them around was actually a little better than the skits though because you could see their real personalities come out. Robin Williams would always make fun of Lance Armstrong because he has 1 testicle. He would say things like, “He won the Tour de France so many times because he only has 1 testicle, it makes him more arrow dynamic!” When he and Lewis Black would start making fun of somebody (like Mrs. USA) or something, they would have the whole bus laughing their asses off.

We have another big name coming through which I will talk about once they leave, but this should keep me pretty busy for the next few weeks as well.
